What is the Venice Housing Agency?
The Agenzia dell’Abitare – Venica Housing Agency is a free service for tenants and landlords in the Venice Metropolitan Area (Venice, Marcon, and Quarto d’Altino). Promoted by the City of Venice alongside specialists in welfare and housing policy, the project is co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus (PN Metro Plus).
The Agency provides guidance on finding housing, selecting the most advantageous lease agreements, and accessing housing grants and incentives. It also facilitates mediation between landlords and tenants, working with local services to support stable, long-term housing solutions.
